“we could not be more pleased with the amazing job they did!!”

We recently went on a week vacation and had Bells & Spikes stay in our home with our sweet Teddy. Let me just say that we could not be more pleased with the amazing job they did!! Everyday we received texts with updates of how Teddy was doing and they sent beautiful photos of our boy! Teddy had so much fun going on multiple walks everyday, playing in the yard and getting lots of cuddles and belly rubs. It was clear how much love and attention Shirley and Julia were giving Teddy! Talk about going above and beyond! We came home to a clean house, plant’s watered and all the linens washed and folded. We are so pleased with them that we have already booked Bells & Spikes for our next trip. Every step of the way they were professional and made us feel at ease that Teddy would be well cared for. We highly recommend Bells & Spikes services and will be using them for all of our future trips!

The communication and professionalism Shirley provides is unmatched. We would get morning and evening updates along with pictures of our pups living their best life and Shirley‘s home. Our pups loved the care they received and it was clear through the photos we were sent throughout their stay. I can't speak highly enough about Bells & Spikes. We had to go out of town and I had just inherited my mom's 12 year old dog. It had only been 2 months since her passing and he was still adjusting and was suffering from separation anxiety. Bells & Spikes took him into their home and treated him like their own. They sent pics and videos everyday. It gave me such peace of mind to know that he was being treated with such care and kindness. I can't thank them enough!
