Bells & Spikes is growing, and we’re currently hiring part-time pet sitters across Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk, VA.
If you love dogs, cats, reptiles, bunnies, seniors with side-eyes, anxious babies, and the occasional “I run this house” diva pet - welcome! You’re among your people.
But let’s be clear…
we’re not just looking for “hang out with puppies all day” energy.
Do we get kisses, purrs, and tail wags? Yes.
Do we also scoop litter in the rain, medicate seniors, show up early, follow instructions exactly, and handle nervous pets like pros? Also yes.
This work matters. Pets matter. Their people matter. And when it comes to our team, dependability is non-negotiable.

★ Can work part-time with morning, afternoon, and/or evening availability
★ Have reliable transportation throughout Virginia Beach & Hampton Roads
★ Understand that not every visit is glamorous, but every visit is important
